FloorForty’s Commitment to Privacy
FloorForty recognizes and respects your privacy. This Privacy Notice describes the types of personal information we obtain, how we use that information and to whom we disclose it. Non-public personal information means personally identifiable financial information that is not publicly available and any list, description or other grouping of consumers (and publicly available information pertaining to such consumers) that is derived using any personally identifiable financial information that is not publicly available. FloorForty does not sell your non-public personal information to any third parties. FloorForty uses your non-public personal information primarily to complete financial transactions that you request or to make you aware of other financial products and services offered by FloorForty or its affiliates.

- Information about transactions and balances in accounts with FloorForty or its affiliates;

How FloorForty Discloses Your Personal Information
Below are the details of circumstances in which FloorForty may disclose non-public personal information to third parties:
- In order to complete certain transactions or account changes at your direction, it may be necessary to provide certain non-public personal information about you, such as your name, social security number or tax identification number or date of birth, to companies, individuals or groups that are not affiliated with FloorForty, such as administrators, custodians, transfer agents, accountants, attorneys and broker-dealers.
- In order to notify you about other financial products and services that a FloorForty affiliated company offers, FloorForty may share non-public personal information it has about you, such as your name, contact information or information about transactions and balances in accounts with FloorForty or its affiliates, with a FloorForty affiliated company.
- In certain instances, FloorForty may contract with non-affiliated companies to perform services for or on behalf of FloorForty. Where necessary, FloorForty will disclose non-public personal information it has about you, such as your name, social security number or tax identification number or date of birth, to these third parties. In such cases, FloorForty will require the third party to use the information only for that purpose. In addition, FloorForty requires these third parties to treat your non-public information with the same high degree of confidentiality that FloorForty does.
- Finally, FloorForty will release non-public information about you if directed by you to do so or if FloorForty is authorized by law to do so, such as with respect to the investigation or assertion of legal rights, in connection with a corporate transaction involving FloorForty or in compliance with legal or regulatory obligations.

FloorForty restricts access to non-public personal information about you to its employees and to third parties, as described above. FloorForty maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards reasonably designed to protect the confidentiality of your non-public personal information.
